Age 72, formerly of Sheraden, passed away on Friday, May 14, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Cynthia (Cheroki) Wojtasiak; loving father of Amy Murphy (Bill) and the late Andrew Miller; brother of Patricia Schmid (Ken) and the late Ronald J. and Edward R. (Nancy) Wojtasiak; grandfather of Victoria “Tori” Murphy. Tom was an Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War and was a retired Allegheny County Police Officer.    Family are friends are welcomed on WEDNESDAY 2-4 and 6-8 PM at the William F. Conroy Funeral Home, Inc. 2944 Chartiers Ave, Sheraden. Funeral Service on Thursday at 10 am.
