Thomas R. “Smitty”

Age 71, of Sheraden, passed away on Tuesday, January 7, 2020. Son of the late Thomas J. and Florence (Miller) Smith; brother of James “Jay” Smith (Bernadette); cousin of Sister Cory Canon, SC; special friend of Amy and Gary Sylanski; and his beloved parakeet, Ditto. Smitty served in the Coast Guard and worked for U.S. Postal Service for many years. Friends will be received on FRIDAY, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the WILLIAM F.  CONROY FUNERAL HOME, 2944 CHARTIERS AVE., SHERADEN. Funeral Mass in Ascension Worship Site of St. Philip Parish, (114 Berry Street, Ingram.) on Saturday at 10 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to ASPCA at aspca.org.
