Rich was a member of Boilermakers Local 154 and an active member of Narcotics Anonymous. Friends received MONDAY 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Wm. F. CONROY FUNERAL HOME, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. Funeral Service 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Allegheny Center Alliance Church, 250 E. Ohio St., Pgh., PA 15212. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
