Ralph Warren Tissue

Ralph Warren Tissue, age 74, formerly of Sheraden, passed away in February 11, 2023 after a long struggle with complications of diabetes. He was born to Henrietta (Fehl) Tissue and Carl Tissue on May 27, 1948 in Pittsburgh.  He was their second child and their only boy in a five-sibling family.  He lived in Sheraden and went to Holy Innocents Grade School and High School.  He went on to study business at the University of Cincinnati and graduated in June 1970.

He is survived by his four sisters:  Carol Harvey (Reed), Gayle Tissue (Yiannis Kaloyeropoulos), Donna Roberts (Bill) and Joann Tissue as well as two precious children: Ellen Gerhard (Steve) and Carl Tissue as well as by two grandchildren, Joslyn and Bria, and multiple nieces and nephews.   

He was happy growing up in Sheraden and Ralph had many friends on Bergman Street and the extended neighborhood. Ralph was fiercely competitive and very entrepreneurial and loved being part of the extended Tissue family. 

 Ralph was an amazing individual…he was smart, funny, well read, generous and a great conversationalist.
