MADELINE “MADGE” BANKERT (KEENER)
Age 86, of Stowe Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Beloved wife of Robert J. Bankert, Jr.; devoted mother of Deborah (Don) Mackey, Patricia (Sam) Zyroll, Laura (the late Edward) Bearby of Easton, PA, Robert J. (Marlene) Bankert, III, and R. Jeffrey (Kerry) Bankert of Gaithersburg, MD; loving grandmother of Eric (Angelica) Jak, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA., Sarah (Christian) O’Connor, Marisa (Kekoa) Zyroll, Nicholas (Jamie) Zyroll, Jenna (Justin) Sheetz, Jordan (Matthew) Clair, Calvin, and Riley Bankert, Anna Wilson, and Rafferty Bankert; great-grandmother of Antonio, Dominic, and Eric Jak, III, Brody and Eli Zyroll, Leo and Sonya Sheetz; sister of the late Eleanor Midgley, Margaret Grant, Edwin, William, and Joseph Keener, Elizabeth Schmitt, and Teresa Wirth; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Madge worked at the Shop N Save for 20 years. Family and friends are welcomed WEDNESDSAY from 1-3 and 6-8 PM at the William F. Conroy Funeral Home, 2944 Chartiers Avenue, Sheraden. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Malachy Church, Archangel Gabriel Parish on Thursday, 10 am.
