John B. Gallagher
Age 42, of Crafton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. Beloved son of Patrick and Bernice (Eyth) Gallagher; dear brother of Eileen R. Landucci (Michael), Brian P. (Rachel), and the late Mary G. Dietrich; loving brother-in-law of Brian Dietrich; cherished uncle of Chris Dietrich (Jennifer), Kerry Minetti (Brady), Kevin, Dylan, Ryan, Nicholas, and Mara; great-uncle to Autumn; and his partner, Dana Olander; also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
John was known for his dedication to fitness, a true weight lifter and bodybuilder who led a disciplined lifestyle, always committed to his rigorous gym routines and strict diet. A caring son, John always took great pride in caring for his mother, Bernice, demonstrating his deep love and commitment to family. As a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan, his loyalty to the team was unwavering, and he enjoyed sharing that passion with those closest to him.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 27th at St. Philip Parish, Ascension Church, 114 Berry Street, Pittsburgh, 15205. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Inurnment will follow in Holy Souls Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Animal Friends or the American Heart Association.
