Florence L. Dixon
Age 86, of Sheraden, entered into eternal life on Thursday, February 27, 2025. She was the devoted and loving wife of the late Daniel T. Dixon and cherished mother to Kathleen (James) Perkins, Frank (Julie), Daniel, and Mark (Angela Lyons) Dixon, Maureen (Brian) Bourgeois, Neil (Jennifer), Brian (Shannon), and Greg (Amy) Dixon, Marie (Colin) Wrabley, and Regina (Daniel) Maddox; loving mother-in-law to Lisa. Treasured grandmother to 24 grandchildren: Christian (fiancée Megan), Daniel, Sydney (Joe) Dunleavy, Gianna, Olivia, Danny, Dylan, Riley, Graham, Cooper, Ashley (Dane Mornak and children Gabriella, Bowie, Rocco, and Vander), Ava, Anna, Aubrey, Aaryn, Aidan, Ella (fiancée Finnian Sweeney), Audrey, Annalise, Luke, Lucy, Emma, Philip, and Daniel.
She is survived by her sister, Ann Birko (the late Ed), and sister-in-law Ruth Cooper Rollins, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Florence was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret Cypher, and siblings Joe (Patricia) Cypher, Margaret Turner, Mary (Bob) DeMerell, Charles (Marie) Cypher, Harry (Rose) Cypher, Robert Cypher, and Kathleen (Bob) Kelly.
Family and friends are invited to gather on WEDNESDAY, March 5th from 3-7 PM at the William F. Conroy Funeral Home, Inc., 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. A Latin Requiem Mass will be held at 9:30 AM on Thursday at the Most Precious Blood of Jesus Parish, 3250 California Avenue, Brighton Heights 15212, followed by burial at Resurrection Cemetery.
Our beautiful mother was a woman of profound faith and deeply committed to her loving family. We are grateful of Monarch Hospice for their compassionate care.
