Eli was the loving son of Dawn Iles and La Vaughn Williams; brother of Eiljah Shropshire (Stephanie), and Paris Bush; boyfriend of Jennifer Kelly; nephew of Bobbette Thompson, Michele Bolton, Robert Thompson, and Stephen Thompson; also many friends and cousins.

Eli was sweet, kind, loving, gifted, creative, talented, selfless, meticulous, and was passionate about everything he did. Always wanted everyone around him to be happy and having a good time. He is loved and will be greatly missed!!
