Age 85, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. She was dearly loved by her late husband Stephen Cavic and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Dolores had a real zest for life and had an abundance of lifelong friends that she loved dearly. She will be forever missed.  She lived a faith filled good and full life.  She brought joy to everyone that knew her. She traveled a lot, but her special joy was her beloved sports teams especially the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Penguins. She worked over 40 years for Price Waterhouse and after retirement went back to work for the Jade Group. She volunteered at Mercy Hospital for 20 years. She sang in the church choirs at Holy Innocents and Saint Philip Churches. She was a generous and diligent worker for her many charities and church functions over the years. Her family and friends will miss her forever and feel so extremely fortunate to have known her. Rest in peace, Dolores! Family and friends will be received MONDAY from 2-6 pm at the William F. Conroy Funeral Home, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Ascension Church of St. Philip Parish on Tuesday at 10 am. Entombment in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Dolores’s name to Catholic Charities of Pittsburgh at  www.ccpgh.org or the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, Council of Pittsburgh, www.svdppit.org.
