Age 83, on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Little Sisters of the Poor after a long illness, is finally resting in peace and went to our loving Lord. She was the source of joy, self-sacrifice, love and dedication to her family and extended family. She was an active member of Holy Innocents Church for over 80 years. Daughter of the late Hilarion and Mary E. (Kennane) Hoffman; sister of Ursula Wauthier, Lawrence C. O’Toole and the late Jane McMahon, Mary C. Rader, H. James Hoffman, Rita C. McNally. Friends received FRIDAY 4-8 PM at the Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave Pgh 15212 where a funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 11 AM. The family would like to thank the Little Sisters of the Poor for their dedicated care to Pat. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little Sisters of the Poor. Arrangements by WILLIAM F.
