Kelli G. Short

Kelli Genesis Short; departed this earth Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Shadyside Hospital. Kelli was born March 29,1998 to Cheryl Boyd and Ramond James Jr. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Kelli leaves to cherish her memory: her mother Sheryl Boyd, her father Ramond James Jr., siblings; Ladesha, Kadezah, Shakeem, Lamicah, Justin, Shamira, K.C., Shawn and nephew & niece Zion & Skna, maternal grandparents Barbara Griffin & Wilbert Boyd, paternal grandparents Sadie Love & Ramond James Sr. and a host of aunts and uncles and cousins. 

Kellie attended the Neighborhood Academy School until she was no longer able to attend due to her health.  Although Kelli suffered from a grave disease she was a wonderful spirit that brought smiles to your face even if you didn’t want to be happy, just like now while we are honoring her memory with tears in your eyes, you can’t help but to smile when you remember her laugh or something funny she said.  Kelli dearly loved her family and the love was returned 10 fold.

Kelli, would want us all to live our best life in her honor and always remember her with a smile on your face.  

There will be a Celebration of Life service for Kelli at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at the Emanuel United Methodist Church, 825 Lorenz Ave, Pittsburgh, PA  15220. The Rev. Elton Allen, officiating.
