Entered into eternal peace on Monday, March 30, 2015. Thomas Patrick of Pittsburgh was born on November 14, 1955. Dear son of Bernadette Anderson (the late Jack Anderson), and the late Thomas P. McMahon; brother of the late Mary Eileen (McMahon) Hall; loving uncle of Meaghan Chapman (Bobby Chapman) and Ryan Hall; dear nephew of Celine and Pat Harkins; he is also survived by close family and long-time friends. Tom was proud of his Irish heritage and enjoyed his trips to Ireland. Friends received Tuesday, April 7, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at WM. F. CONROY FUNERAL HOME, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 10 a.m. in St. Philip Church, Crafton. He will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett St., Pittsburgh, PA 15243 or St. Philip Parish Share.
