ELEANOR MAE (KEENER)

Age 93, of Robinson Twp., peacefully surrounded by family, entered into God's loving kingdom on Saturday, February 21, 2015. Beloved wife of 57 years to the late Alfred Midgley, Jr.; loving mother of Mary Jo (David) Speer, Mary Patricia (Thaddeus) Fornal, Alfred III (Mary Elizabeth), Mary Anne (James) Bechtel, Mary Eleanor (Patrick) Erwin, Edwin (Teresa) and Mary Michelle (Samuel Rouse) Midgley; sister of Madeline "Madge" Bankert and the late Mary Margaret Grant, Edwin M., John William and Walter Joseph Keener, Elizabeth Schmitt and Teresa Ellen Wirth;  23 grandchildren, 20 great- grandchildren. Eleanor was a graduate of Carlow University (Mount Mercy), Class of 1943. Friends received Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at WILLIAM F. CONROY FUNERAL HOME, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Church, Robinson Twp., Saturday at 12:30 p.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorial  contributions may be made to Carlow University, c/o Eleanor Mae Keener Midgley Scholarship, 3333 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213.
