Age 68, of Sheraden, after a courageous battle with cancer, passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Beloved husband of Janet (McKnight) Bliss. Son of the late Paul, Sr. and Helen Bliss; loving father of Daniel (Beth) and Shane Bliss; brother of Margaret (Edward) Zabela and the late Victoria and Paul Bliss, Jr.; also many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by loving dog and faithful companion Scotty. Dan was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Friends received Tuesday 6-8 pm Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the WILLIAM F. CONROY FUNERAL HOME, 2944 Chartiers Ave., Sheraden. Funeral mass Thursday 10 am in St. Philip Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
